At the same time in the month of April 2008 he received the first order of the “Top 100 Greatest Metal Guitarists of All Time” by Guitar World magazine and one of the “20 Greatest Shredders of All Time” by the magazine Total Guitar Magazine.

This is old news. Della Vega smokes Batio at 21.3 notes per second in the Official Guinness world record, not some popularity contest.
Monster Guitarist Randall Padilla smokes Della Vega at 23.5 notes per second, on top of all of them, so.
Batio only plays at a meager 16.5 notes per second, get over it already, yesterdays news.

Step up to the plate with actually something with a metronome to be able to judge what you are trying to do, or quit talking out the side of your neck, plain and simple.
